{"id":163,"date":"2014-03-18T13:59:30","date_gmt":"2014-03-18T13:59:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sitech-3dsurvey.polimi.it\/?page_id=163"},"modified":"2017-03-06T10:44:21","modified_gmt":"2017-03-06T10:44:21","slug":"progetto-altari","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.sitech-3dsurvey.polimi.it\/?page_id=163","title":{"rendered":"[:en]Duomo di Milano &#8211; Altars Project[:]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[:en]<strong>Structural parts\u2019 metric survey of Madonna dell\u2019Albero\u2019s and San Giovanni Bono\u2019s altar.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The survey of the two Altars of the Duomo\u2019s transept (about 40m high) returns their three-dimensional shape in all parts, focusing on the modelling and the metric survey of the stones that build the structure.<\/p>\n<p>The survey integrated global techniques (as Laser scanning) for the parts free of scaffolding\u2019s measurement and local techniques (as Close Range Photogrammetry) for the parts with scaffoldings that were no longer entirely detectable. The integration of the two methods has allowed the 360 \u00b0 coverage of the structure.
